Triggered to Transformed is very special to me and made me a better person, mom, and wife. I'm honored to learn from [Dr. Willis] and everyone's experience. Thank you for this journey together. 

Life is GOOD! I'm content, PATIENT, not triggered. I'm in a good place. I wanted to say thank you for embarking on this journey of healing in my life. I am truly grateful and notice myself transforming little by little. So that's my win for today! Literally the whole day... I'm winning!

My daughter was holding a cup of tea. I forgot how it happened, but she moved the cup in a way that a little splashed on my face. I could see her tense up... then she said, "you didn't yell?!" That's right! I didn't yell. 

I'm celebrating these major, I mean MAJOR victories! I'm wondering why I haven't been doing this all along...LOL! And if I can have these victories, anyone can. I felt like I was ready to give up on my oldest and just focus on the younger two. So please anyone who is having {parenting} struggles, please be easy on yourself. Know that... change is going to come if you stay committed to this process.
